Need to know

Can I upgrade from seaplane to helicopter (or vice versa)?

Yes. Upgrades are allowed at additional fee if requested at least 4 hours before departure, subject to availability.

Can pregnant guests travel?

Up to 28 weeks: No certificate required 29–32 weeks: Medical certificate required Over 32 weeks: Travel not permitted

Can guests with limited mobility or elderly passengers travel by seaplane?

Yes. Guests must be able to board and disembark the aircraft without assistance and may be subject to a physical fitness check.

Are infants charged?

Infants (under 2 years): Travel free Children (2–11 years): Must be ticketed at child fare 12+ years: Charged adult fare

What happens in case of bad weather?

Guests may receive: An alternative marine transfer at no extra cost A 100% refund of the fare paid Discount vouchers for future travel (in some cases)

Can I bring sports equipment or oversized baggage?

No. Oversized or sports equipment cannot be carried onboard. It will be transferred separately by marine vessel or the Smart Luggage system (additional charges apply).

What is the luggage allowance from Red Sea International Airport (RSI)?

- Checked baggage: 1 piece, up to 23 kg - Hand baggage: 1 piece, up to 7 kg + laptop bag or handbag

How long does the seaplane transfer take?

Scheduled transfers take approximately 30 minutes one way.
